adidas miCoach is an application designed for fans to run, cycling or sport in general. Before, during and after your workouts, it will help you to plan, track and share your progress in a professional manner.

Design your workout

adidas miCoach is divided into several sections. On the one hand, you'll be able to make and follow your own workouts, choosing between multiple examples pre-designed. If you don't have too much experience, is a good help to guide you and improve your performance.

At the time of jogging, walking or cycling, adidas miCoach uses GPS to save your route and statistics of your workout such as distance, pace, calories, time or lifting.
